Symptoms

Il backup del cluster FCI SQL viene completato con eccezioni. PowerProtect Data Manager non rileva la copia.

Il seguente errore viene visualizzato in adm.log (/var/log/brs/adm/adm*): 
ERROR [] [monitorActorSystem-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-127] [00000000-0000-4000-a000-000000000000][][][TRACE_ID:be9368804c60df6d;EXEC_ID:9b865b82960ffd3b][] [c.e.d.e.a.s.h.BackupCopyHelper.lambda$4(257)] -  Unable to find data source with natural id: [R01xxxxx, R00xxxxx] for processing copy: [R01xxxxx]. This may happen if the data source was deleted/GCed in ES.

Cause

La rappresentazione del database interno di PowerProtect Data Manager dei database FCI SQL contiene identificatori univoci non supportati.

Resolution

Contattare il supporto di Dell PowerProtect Data Manager per pulire e correggere il database interno.
