Symptoms

Sikkerhetskopien av SQL FCI-klyngen fullføres med unntak. PowerProtect Data Manager oppdager ikke kopien.

Følgende feil vises i adm.log (/var/log/brs/adm/adm*): 
ERROR [] [monitorActorSystem-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-127] [00000000-0000-4000-a000-000000000000][][][TRACE_ID:be9368804c60df6d;EXEC_ID:9b865b82960ffd3b][] [c.e.d.e.a.s.h.BackupCopyHelper.lambda$4(257)] -  Unable to find data source with natural id: [R01xxxxx, R00xxxxx] for processing copy: [R01xxxxx]. This may happen if the data source was deleted/GCed in ES.

Cause

Intern databaserepresentasjon av SQL FCI-databasene for PowerProtect Data Manager inneholder unike identifikatorer som ikke støttes.

Resolution

Kontakt Dell PowerProtect Data Manager-støtte for å rydde opp og reparere den interne databasen.
