Symptoms

SQL FCI 叢集的備份會以例外情況完成。PowerProtect Data Manager 不會探索該複本。

在 adm.log （/var/log/brs/adm/adm*） 中會出現下列錯誤： 
ERROR [] [monitorActorSystem-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-127] [00000000-0000-4000-a000-000000000000][][][TRACE_ID:be9368804c60df6d;EXEC_ID:9b865b82960ffd3b][] [c.e.d.e.a.s.h.BackupCopyHelper.lambda$4(257)] -  Unable to find data source with natural id: [R01xxxxx, R00xxxxx] for processing copy: [R01xxxxx]. This may happen if the data source was deleted/GCed in ES.

Cause

SQL FCI 資料庫的 PowerProtect Data Manager 內部資料庫表示包含不受支援的唯一識別碼。

Resolution

請聯絡 Dell PowerProtect Data Manager 支援以清理和修復內部資料庫。
