Insufficient Power Error on Precision or XPS with Dock

Symptoms

A Precision 7550 or Precision 7750 used with a WD19DCS may experience insufficient power errors after updating the BIOS to version 1.24.0. A Precision 5750 or XPS 17 9700 used with a WD19TB may experience insufficient power errors after updating the BIOS to version 1.25.0. The error message reads, "You have plugged in a lower wattage power adapter, USB-C charging device, or power pass-through device. Your system will continue to work, but may not perform at its peak."
