Symptoms
- NWUI Postgresプロセスは、オペレーティング システムのパッチアップデート後にCPUリソースを100%消費します。
- NWUIサーバーがLinuxプラットフォームにインストールされている。
- NWUIサーバーのオペレーティング システム カーネルが3.10.0-1160.92.1.el7.x86_64から3.10.0-1160.99.1.el7.x86_64にアップデートされました。
Cause
パッチの更新により、NWUIデータベースの構成が混乱する可能性があります。
Resolution
新しいキーストアとデータベースを使用してNWUI構成を再初期化します。
1.NWUIサービスを停止します。systemctl stop nwui
2.次を実行：/opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
3.NWUIサービスを開始します(まだ開始されていない場合)。systemctl start nwui
1.NWUIサービスを停止します。systemctl stop nwui
2.次を実行：/opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
プロンプトが表示されたら、デフォルト設定を使用するか、値を入力します。
「Do you want to use the existing keystore "/nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/nwui.keystore [y]?」というプロンプトが表示されたら、-- 「n」と答えます。
キーストアのパスワードを入力するように求められます。同じキーストア パスワードを使用するか、新しいキーストアパスワードを割り当てることができます。
「A database already exists in /nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb, do you want to retain this database [y]?: 「n」と---します。
プロンプト「/nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb already exists, is ok to remove it [n]?」-- 「y」と答えます。
