Symptoms

  • NWUI 服务器的操作系统内核已从 3.10.0-1160.92.1.el7.x86_64 更新为 3.10.0-1160.99.1.el7.x86_64

Cause

修补程序更新可能会使 NWUI 数据库配置混乱。

Resolution

使用新的密钥库和数据库重新初始化 NWUI 配置。

1.停止 NWUI 服务：systemctl stop nwui
2.运行：/opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
在出现提示时，使用默认设置和/或提供值。

当您达到提示“Do you want to use the existing keystore ”/nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/nwui.keystore [y]？”-- 回答“n”。
系统会要求您输入密钥库密码。您可以使用相同的密钥库密码或分配新密码。

当您达到提示“A database already exists in /nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb， do you want to retain this database [y]？：  ---回答“n”。

对于提示“/nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb already exists， is is okay to remove it [n]？”--回答“y”。

3.启动 NWUI 服务（如果尚未启动）：systemctl start nwui
