Symptoms

Les rapports planifiés ne s’affichent pas correctement.
Au lieu de cela, le message suivant est reçu par e-mail : 
"Generation or publication of the Data Protection Advisor scheduled report 'report name' failed. The DPA Installation and Administration Guide Troubleshooting section provides information. Please contact an Administrator."



L’erreur suivante est observée dans le fichier server.log

Cause

Il s’agit d’un problème connu qui est résolu dans le cadre de l’escalade d’ingénierie suivante :
DCE-6025 - Échec du tableau de bord planifié avec échec de l’envoi de la tâche dans le moteur de rapports

Resolution

Effectuez une mise à niveau vers la version 19.9 b67 pour inclure le correctif.
