  • lgtonwui-19.10.0.0_x86_64 安裝在 Linux 主機上，而非 NetWorker 伺服器。
  • 無法從網頁瀏覽器存取 NWUI。
  • nwui 服務啟動，但隨後立即終止。

Cause

已向 NetWorker 工程部門提出此問題。

Resolution

此問題將在未來的 NetWorker 版本中解決。當程式碼修正認可至 NetWorker 版本後，本 KB 便會更新。

因應措施：

在 NetWorker 伺服器上安裝 lgtonwuiserv-19.10.0.1-1.x86_64 套裝，並將 NetWorker 伺服器設定為 NWUI 伺服器。lgtonwuiserv 和 lgtonwui 安裝檔案都在 Dell NetWorker 產品頁面下載的完整 NetWorker 套裝中。
