  • Increase volume
  • Decrease volume
  • Next track
  • Previous track

  • Answer call
  • End call
  • Reject call

Cause

The touch controls are designed to operate only when the Dell Pro Premium Wireless ANC Headset WL7024 headset is being worn.

Resolution

  • The headset must be worn for the touch controls to operate.
  • Touch functionality is available only on the right ear cup in the zone marked with the Dell logo.
  • Touch the right ear cup's touch-sensitive area with only one finger.
  • If the touch surface has dirt or a foreign object on it, clean the touch surface with a dry cloth.
