Cause

De USB-hub gaat niet goed om met het uit- en inschakelen van de USB-aansluiting.

Resolution

Bijwerken naar de volgende versies van de Qualcomm-chipsetdriver op de computer lost het probleem op.

  • Qualcomm-chipsetdriverversie 2.1.0.25 of hoger voor Inspiron 14 Plus 7441 en Latitude 7455
  • Qualcomm-chipsetdriverversie 2.1.0.14 of hoger voor Inspiron 14 5441 en Latitude 5455
