PowerEdge: Dell Enterprise Intel SSD drives may report a fault or failure condition
Summary: Dell Intel SATA SSD drives may report a not correctly functioning PDR3 event, potentially resulting in a drive failure condition.
Symptoms
Encountering or observing the following symptoms:
- Failed drive
- Missing drive
- Drive not detected by iDRAC
In some scenarios, this failure could also trigger a backplane voltage error.
