Microsoft brengt een functie-update uit met de naam 24H2 naar Windows 11. Wanneer Dell Encryption op de computer is geïnstalleerd, werken de sluimerstand- en afsluitfuncties niet meer zoals verwacht. De computer gaat in de slaapstand in plaats van hem af te sluiten of in de sluimerstand te komen.

Dit is opgelost in Dell Encryption v11.10.1 en hoger.

Tijdelijke oplossing:

Schakel de snelle opstartfuncties van Windows uit.

Snel opstarten uitschakelen:

  1. Open het Configuratiescherm (pictogrammenweergave) en klik op het pictogram Energiebeheer .
  2. Klik aan de linkerkant op Kiezen wat de aan/uit-knoppen doen
  3. Klik bovenaan op de link Instellingen wijzigen die momenteel niet beschikbaar zijn
  4. Als UAC hierom vraagt, klikt u op Ja
