Symptoms

DDはACMからpingを実行できますが、sshは実行できません。DD UIにアクセスできました。
DDへの別のPuTTYは、ネットワーク エラー アラートが表示され、すぐに切断されます。

Cause

SSHがData Domainで無効になりました。

Resolution

  • Data Domain Webコンソールにsysadminユーザーとしてログインします
  • [Administration>Access]>[Administration Access]に移動します。 
  • [SSH]チェック ボックスをオンにし、[CONFIGURE]をクリックします。

  • SSHサービスを無効にしてから有効にします。
  • ACM PuTTYからData DomainへのSSH接続を確認します。
  • DDにログインできるようになりました
