외부 USB 포트 활성화가 비활성화되고 Type-C 도크 LAN이 활성화된 경우 도크가 Type-C USB 3.2 Gen 2 포트(전면, 오디오 잭 근처)에 연결되어 있을 때 도크의 LAN 포트가 작동하지 않습니다.

Cause

이는 Dell Pro 14 및 16 하드웨어 설계의 제한 사항입니다. Type-C USB 3.2 Gen 2 포트(전면, 오디오 잭 근처)는 도크 LAN에서 Type-C 도크 재정의를 위한 TCSS를 통해 기능적으로 제어할 수 없습니다.

Resolution

컴퓨터에서 Dell Dock를 분리하고 Thunderbolt 4.0 포트(후면, HDMI 근처)에 연결합니다. 그러면 Dell Dock 이더넷 LAN이 제대로 작동합니다.
