  1. 結束電腦上的 Microsoft Teams 應用程式。
  2. 從電腦拔下耳機的 USB 收發器。
  3. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下開始按鈕，然後選取執行。
  4. 在 「執行」框中 鍵入以下文字，然後按 Enter 鍵： %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
