Instructions

  1. Overview:
  • When you click the reporting button in the PPDM it will direct you to CloudIQ
  • Connectivity to CloudIQ: it shows the status of connectivity of local systems to CloudIQ ,You will see all the systems connected/lost their connection/not yet set, by clicking on any of them, then the product/type of system can be chosen.
  • System Alerts: it shows the critical alerts/Errors/ warnings that has been produced by different products by clicking on GO TO ALERTS.
 
  1. Inventory:
  • System: it shows different types of products, choose Data protection, then choose your PowerProtect.
  1. Summary: It shows an overview of the Data protection & compliance summary and the protected/unprotected capacity.
  2. Protection: It shows all the protected assets, while different aspects can be filtered by using the filtering policy.
  3. Compliance: it shows different assets and the details of the error of the assets if any failure occurred
