Instructions
Download Process:
- Go to My Account Portal.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Accept the End-User License Agreement (EULA).
- Click Software Licenses.
- Locate and click the Game Pass… item the customer purchased.

- Locate the License Key and copy it for pasting.

- In your web browser, go to https://Account.Microsoft.com
and Login In with your Microsoft Account (MSA).

- In the browser address bar, type Account.Microsoft.com/Billing/Redeem and press Enter, this should bring you to the following page:

- Paste the Product Key copied from the My Account Portal in the text box, and click Next.

- The next page will confirm the Game Pass Offer. Choose whether to enable recurring payment or not. Click Confirm to proceed.
