system drbackup

Use the system drbackup command to manage, show, and run the DR backup configuration. Only an admin user can access this command.

Syntax

crcli system drbackup[--backupnow][--days <number of days>][--disable][--enable][--hours <number of hours>][--list][--mgmtddmtree /data/col1/<mtree-name>][--mgmtddnickname <nickname>][--nextrun <"date and time">][--show][--watch <number of seconds>]

Parameters

--backupnow, -b
(Optional) Runs a DR backup of the current Cyber Recovery configuration
--days, -d <number of days>
(Optional) The frequency of the backups in days
--disable, -x
(Optional) Disables DR backups
--enable, -e
(Optional) Enables DR backups
--hours, -h <number of hours>
(Optional) The frequency of the backups in hours
--list, -l
(Optional) Displays all the created DR backups
--mgmtddmtree, -m /data/col1/<mtree-name>
(Optional) The DD MTree name
--mgmtddnickname, -n <nickname>
(Optional) The DD that has the DR backup MTree
--nextrun, -r <"date and time">
(Optional) Set the date and time for the DR Backup to run. Follow the mm/dd/yy format, as shown in this example: "07/10/21 3:00PM EDT".
--show, -s
(Optional) Shows the current DR backup configuration
--watch, -w <number of seconds>
(Optional) The number of seconds that the progress of the DR backup job is displayed

Example

[root@cr-system]# crcli system drbackup --show

The DR Backup is currently disabled.  Please enable and configure the DR Backup schedule to see its details.

[root@cr-system]# crcli system drbackup --mgmtddnickname DD-storage --mgmtddmtree /data/col1/drmtree --nextrun "07/10/21 3:00PM EDT" --enable
