Troubleshooting missing Oracle version with added protection rules

When you add protection rules for unprotected Oracle assets in the PowerProtect Data Manager UI, no information appears in the Oracle Version column.

To resolve this issue, manually obtain the Oracle version from the RMAN /SQL Utility.
