Installing the left-side cover

If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.

The following images indicate the location of the left-side cover and provides a visual representation of the installation procedure.

Align the tabs on the left-side cover with the slots on the chassis, and slide it towards the front of the computer.
Tighten the two captive screws that secure the left-side cover to the chassis.
