Create a Performance report schedule from a live Performance report

Create a performance report schedule based on a Live Performance report.

1. In the InsightIQ web application, click the Performance Reporting tab.
2. On the Performance Reporting ribbon, click Manage Performance Reporting.
   The Manage Performance Reporting view appears.
3. Click the Live Performance Reports tab.
   A list of the saved live performance reports is displayed in the Live Performance Reporting section.
4. Beside the name of the live performance report that you want to schedule, click Schedule this report.

   The Create a New Performance Report view appears.

5. To change the name of the live performance report schedule, update the text in the Performance Report Name field.
6. To configure the scheduled performance report perform the following steps.
   1. Select the name of the cluster in the Subject of Report list.
   2. Select the time interval of data in the Reporting Period list.
   3. Select the report generation interval in the Report Frequency list.
   4. Configure the interval frequency by specifying a number in the Generate Report Every edit box.
   5. If the report frequency is Weekly, choose the day or days to generate the report each week.
   6. Configure the start time of the generated live performance reports by choosing a time in the Generate Report at list.
   7. Select AM or PM.
7. Optional: To email each generated live performance report, select the Email this report as a PDF attachment each time it is generated checkbox.
   Type up to 10 email addresses, which are separated by spaces, commas, or semicolons.
8. Optional: Add, remove, or modify Performance modules to the generated live performance report schedule.

9. Click Save.
