Create a Permalink to share a report

Create a Permalink.

1. In the InsightIQ web application, view any report that you want to share.
2. In the upper-right corner of the report, click Permalink.

   The InsightIQ Permalink dialog box displays and contains a URL for the currently configured report.

3. Put the cursor focus in the Copy the URL below and use it for sharing this view field.
4. Type Ctrl + A to select all the text.
5. Type Ctrl + C to copy the text.
6. Paste the text to a location that is convenient, such as a text file
7. Click OK to close the dialog box.
   To view the report that is associated with the Permalink, you must be logged in to the InsightIQ web application.

   NOTE: After an upgrade, IP addresses might have changed. This might require some permalinks to be updated with the new IP addresses.
