Removing the eDP cable

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. base cover
    2. battery
    3. WWAN card
    4. WLAN card
    5. hinge cap
    6. display assembly
    7. Display Panel
    8. display bezel
  3. Lift the latch and disconnect the eDP cable.

  4. Peel off the eDP cable from the adhesive to remove it from the display.
