Removing the heat sink for UMA

1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
   1. base cover
   2. battery
3. To remove the heat sink - UMA:
   1. Remove the M2x3 screws (4) that secures the heat sinkto the system board [1].
      NOTE Remove the screws that secure the heat sink .
   2. Lift the heat sink away from the system board [2].
      NOTE On systems with one piece heat sink and fan assembly there may also be screws on the fan that has to be removed before the entire assembly is removed.
