Migration from VMAX array
Migrating from a VMAX array running Enginuity 5876 uses SRDF in Pass-through mode. In this mode, the application host can access data on both source and target devices while the migration is in progress. PowerMaxOS or HYPERMAX OS on the target ensures that the source processes all I/O operations sent to the target.
