Restart VASA Provider

Use option 10 in the CLI to restart the VASA provider.

  1. Log in to CITV.
  2. At the CLI prompt, type 10 and press Enter. The following messages are displayed: 
    Waiting 15 seconds for the service to restart
                                    Starting Tomcat                                       [ OK ]

    The Tomcat service, which the VASA provider uses to communicate with Enterprise Manager, is stopped and restarted.

    • If [ OK ] is displayed, the VASA provider started successfully.
    • If [ Failed ] is displayed, the VASA provider failed to start.
