Enable or Disable SupportAssist
You can enable Storage Client to send the FluidFS cluster diagnostics using SupportAssist.
Steps
- In the Storage view, select a FluidFS cluster.
- Click the File System tab.
- In the File System view, select Cluster Maintenance.
- Click the Support tab.
- In the SupportAssist panel, click Modify SupportAssist Settings. The Modify SupportAssist Settings dialog box opens.
- Enable or disable SupportAssist:
- To enable SupportAssist, select the SupportAssist Enabled checkbox.
- To disable SupportAssist, clear the SupportAssist Enabled checkbox.
- Click OK.
