Unmap Multiple Volumes from Servers
Multiple volumes can be unmapped from servers in a single operation.
Steps
- If the Dell Storage Manager Client is connected to a Data Collector, select a Storage Center from the Storage view.
- Click the Storage tab.
- In the Storage tab navigation pane, select the Volumes node or the folder that contains the volumes.
- In the right pane, use shift+click and/or control+click to select multiple volumes.
- Right-click the selection, then select Remove Mappings. The Remove Mappings dialog box appears.
- Select the volume/server mappings to remove, then click OK. If a volume is the destination of a replication and you selected the mapping to the source Storage Center, a confirmation dialog box appears.
- If a confirmation dialog box appears:
- Click OK to remove the mapping to the source Storage Center, which might interfere with the replication.
- Click Cancel to keep the mapping to the source Storage Center.
