Removing the System Board

  1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer .
  2. Remove:
    1. base cover

    2. battery

    3. hard drive

    4. system fan

    5. heatsink

  3. Disconnect the following cables:
    1. speaker
    2. display
    3. keyboard
    4. touchpad
    5. camera
    6. coin-cell battery
    7. WLAN
    8. Finger printer
