Arthur Lewis

Arthur Lewis is president of Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) at Dell Technologies, where he drives the strategy behind the industry’s most comprehensive portfolio of modern IT infrastructure solutions, software and services.
Leading a global team of more than 23,000 innovators, Arthur is focused on designing and delivering technology that accelerates insights wherever data exists – in the datacenter, across clouds and at the edge. Under his leadership, ISG leverages AI to fuel business growth, enhance productivity and efficiency, and drive innovation that transforms customer experiences.
Arthur’s leadership has been instrumental in sustaining ISG’s leading position across all key product categories, reinforcing Dell Technologies’ status as the world’s largest infrastructure provider.
With more than 20 years’ experience at Dell Technologies, Arthur is a seasoned executive with a diverse background spanning client solutions, sales and infrastructure solutions.
Before becoming president of ISG in September 2023, he served as president and chief operating officer (COO) of Core Business Operations for ISG, overseeing strategy, offer definition, sales enablement and general management. Prior to that, he led ISG Solutions and Portfolio Management and Server and Infrastructure Systems (SIS), where he managed PowerEdge server product strategy, business operations, hardware and software engineering, and R&D.
Earlier in his career, Arthur led ISG Center of Competence (CoC), where he was responsible for sales execution and enablement, long-term strategic planning, product line management, pricing strategy and demand planning. He joined Dell in 2003, leading the renowned gaming business, Alienware, before taking on several executive roles within Client Solutions Group (CSG).
Arthur holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and a JD from the University of Florida.
