Erin Kitchen
VP Global Diversity & Inclusion
Erin is responsible for developing, driving and leading innovative global diversity and inclusion initiatives, practices, programs and strategies. Erin works closely with Dell’s leadership and HR teams, enabling Dell to deliver better outcomes for our millions of customers by leveraging and embracing the unique experiences, talents and thinking that our diverse global team has to offer.
Prior to this role, Erin spent ten years on Dell’s employment law team where she provided legal advice, counseling and training to human resources and management across Dell’s U.S. operations on a wide range of labor and employment and immigration issues. Erin worked with HR and business leaders to develop policies, standards, and business procedures in all areas of labor and employment law.
Prior to joining Dell, Erin practiced employment law with Fulbright and Jaworski in Austin, Texas and with Cooley Godward in San Francisco, California. Erin is a graduate of the University of Texas and Harvard Law School.
