Marlo Gaddis works with K-12 leaders to help districts connect technology strategy to instructional goals, operational needs and long-term planning. She brings more than 30 years of public education experience, including classroom teaching, curriculum leadership and district technology strategy. As the former Chief Technology Officer for Wake County Public School System, one of the nation’s largest districts, Marlo understands the scale and complexity of decisions facing school systems today. At Dell, she helps district teams think through priorities including AI readiness, cybersecurity, digital learning, infrastructure planning and educator support.
