Michael Valante, MBA, BSBME, leads Dell Technologies’ Unstructured Data Solutions business for healthcare and life sciences and serves as CTO for Digital Pathology. A recognized leader in clinical informatics and medical imaging, he brings more than 20 years of experience spanning global leadership roles at Philips, Eclipsys, and Bell Laboratories. Michael is known for his expertise in digital pathology, PACS, enterprise imaging, and advanced visualization, and he serves in key advisory roles with the Digital Pathology Association and the Society of Imaging Informatics in Medicine. He is deeply focused on the healthcare industry and works closely with customers and application partners to define strategic connections between clinical requirements and informatics capabilities. His goal is to help organizations use technology more effectively to improve outcomes, clinical efficiency, and patient and staff satisfaction.
