Introducing the World’s First PodFerence for Small Business

Topics in this article

Imagine a list of all-star podcasters like Malcolm Gladwell, Michael Lewis, and Rachel Hollis speaking at a virtual conference together, sharing wisdom and a seemingly endless stream of guidance and inspiration for your small business. You can tune in when you want, and it doesn’t cost you a dime to attend. You don’t even need to build a playlist, because we’ve done it for you – all you need to do is listen.

Enter PodFerence, the world’s first small business podcast conference featuring a series of more than 15 podcasts from a variety of top podcasters, launched and hosted by Dell Technologies.

We recognize the need for timely and valuable information for small businesses has never been greater. With PodFerence, we’ve delivered an original concept that meets listeners where they are and engages them with content that is relevant to the success of their business.

Featured podcasts will include a special episode of Against the Rules with Michael Lewis featuring Malcolm Gladwell and Jacob Weisberg, NPR’s How I Built This, RISE with Rachel Hollis, Trailblazers with Walter Isaacson, and The GM Shuffle with Michael Lombardi and Adnan Virk. PodFerence officially launches on May 1, with new episodes rolling out daily throughout the first week of May.

Dell has been committed to helping small businesses and entrepreneurs thrive throughout our 35 year history. PodFerence is just one of the many ways we are lending a helping hand, but the story of how we support small business doesn’t stop there:

  • Small business owners need reliable infrastructure to run and scale their operations, while wearing multiple hats to successfully manage their company. With the Dell Small Business advisor program, owners can catch a break on playing that IT manager role. We offer companies free assistance on how to best optimize technology for their needs.
  • We recently rolled out the Payment Flexibility Program, which includes 0% interest rates and up to a 180-day payment deferral** on IT for businesses. We’re also making $9B in financing available this year to help fund your critical technology needs. This is our commitment to help you run your business, take care of your people and access essential technology.
  • We just announced our participation in Stand for Small, a coalition of more than 40 leading companies (and growing) leveraging the power of partnership to give small businesses access to meaningful support.

We hope Podference is a helpful resource for your business and look forward to continuing to bring this concept to you in new and interesting ways. Special thank you to our agency partners at MediaCom for their ideation and development of PodFerence as a way to extend our Dell Technologies advisor experience, as well as Entercom, NPR, Wondery and the Athletic for their collaboration.
