Symptoms
CloudIQ Collector 在其閘道上顯示「遺失」的「狀態」。
「Gateway to Asset」狀態 （CloudIQ Collector 至閘道） 連線顯示連線中斷。
Cause
閘道正在接聽埠 22。CloudIQ Collector 不使用埠 22，僅使用埠 9443 （雙向） 與閘道進行通訊。
Resolution
由於 CloudIQ Collector 未使用埠 22，而閘道仍使用來自 CloudIQ Collector 的埠 22 來聆聽流量，因此閘道一律會將正確且成功連接的 CloudIQ Collector 標記為「遺失」，而「Gateway to Asset」狀態連線則會因連線中斷而顯示。這是預期中的行為，無須擔心。
