How to Collect DDMC (Data Domain Management Center) Support Bundle on version 2.0.x and above

The information below shows the steps needed to collect a support bundle on Data Domain Management Center (DDMC) versions 2.0 and above.

- Log in to DDMC GUI using web browser
- Click on the settings gear icon in the upper right hand side of the screen (Fig. 1)
- For DDMC versions 2.0-7.6:
- Once the setting screen is seen, go to the left hand menu, looks under the System heading and click on "Support" (Fig. 2)
- Click on the "Support Bundles" tab on the top of the screen and click "Generate Support Bundle" (Fig. 3)
- For DDMC versions 7.7 and higher:
- Click on "Support Bundles" in the dropdown menu that appears after clicking on the gear icon (Fig. 4)
- Click on "Generate DDMC Support Bundle" in the pane that appears (Fig. 5)
- Once the support bundle is generated, please download it to your PC and upload to the required Service Request on the Dell EMC support portal or to a temporary FTP site as provided by a support technician
