- 使用 Web 浏览器登录到 DDMC GUI
- 单击屏幕右上方的设置齿轮图标（图 1）
- 对于 DDMC 版本 2.0-7.6：
- 看到设置屏幕后，转到左侧菜单，查看“系统”标题下，然后单击“支持”（图 2）
- 单击屏幕顶部的“Support Bundles”选项卡，然后单击“Generate Support Bundle”（图 3）
- 对于 DDMC 版本 7.7 及更高版本：
- 单击齿轮图标（图 4）后出现的下拉菜单中的“Support Bundles”
- 在出现的窗格中单击“Generate DDMC Support Bundle”（图 5）
- 生成支持包后，请将其下载到您的 PC 并上传到 Dell EMC 支持门户上的所需服务请求或由支持技术人员提供的临时 FTP 站点
