Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager에 Linux AIX 서버를 등록한 후 후속 검색 작업이 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.

ASDS0009
An exception occurred while discovering Applications System for AddOn FILE_SYSTEM_CLUSTER on host <Linux\AIX Server>: 
Process /opt/dpsapps/fsagent/bin/ddfscon failed with error code 1

The Application System discovery was unsuccessful.
Recommended Action: 
Check the log files at INSTALL_DIR\DPSAPPS\AGENTSERVICE\logs.
Where INSTALL_DIR is the directory on the user machine where the agent service is installed.
If the issue persists, contact Dell Customer Support.

Cause

IPv6는 /etc/hosts 누락되거나 주석 처리된 Linux AIX 서버의 파일입니다.

이 /etc/hosts Linux AIX 서버의 파일에는 다음 줄이 있어야 합니다.

    127.0.0.1   localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
    ::1         localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 누락된 줄을 추가하거나 주석 처리를 제거합니다. /etc/hosts file PowerProtect 에이전트 서비스를 재시작합니다.
