Agentpolitikker (Client Security Framework) trækkes ikke korrekt. Dette skyldes TLS-kommunikation til backend-serveren.

Cause

Denne fejl er typisk knyttet til Dell Data Protection | Virtual Edition v9.2 og tidligere, hvor kerneserveren kun kunne tale på TLS 1.0. Nyere versioner (9.3 og nyere) har en ny tjeneste, der hedder Core HA Proxy, og den kan kommunikere op til TLS 1.2.

Når nedenstående fejl vises, er en opgradering nødvendig for at løse problemet:

Resolution

Problemet blev løst i v9.3 og nyere.
