Policyer för Client Security Framework (agent) hämtas inte korrekt. Det beror på TLS-kommunikation med serverdelsservern.

Cause

Det här felet är vanligtvis kopplat till Dell Data Protection | Virtual Edition v9.2 och tidigare, där kärnservern bara kunde prata om TLS 1.0. Nyare versioner (9.3 och senare) har en ny tjänst med namnet Core HA Proxy och den kan kommunicera upp till TLS 1.2.

Resolution

Problemet löstes i v9.3 och senare.

Lös problemet genom att uppgradera servern till den aktuella versionen.
