Policyer for Client Security Framework (agent) trekker ikke ordentlig. Dette skyldes TLS-kommunikasjon til serverserveren.

Cause

Denne feilen er vanligvis knyttet til Dell Data Protection | Virtual Edition v9.2 og tidligere, der kjerneserveren bare kunne snakke på TLS 1.0. Nyere versjoner (9.3 og nyere) har en ny tjeneste som heter Core HA Proxy, og den kan kommunisere opptil TLS 1.2.

Resolution

Problemet ble løst i v9.3 og nyere.

Oppgrader serveren til gjeldende versjon for å løse problemet.
