ESRS를 SCG 보안 연결 게이트웨이로 업그레이드한 후 Unisphere가 CloudIQ에 등록할 수 없음

Symptoms
고객이 SCG로 업그레이드한 후 CloudIQ에서 어레이의 연결이 끊긴 것으로 표시될 수 있습니다. 고객이 새 등록을 다시 등록하려고 하면 다음 오류와 함께 실패합니다.
Could not connect to SRS Gateway.
collection.log 등록을 시도하면 다음과 유사한 메시지가 표시됩니다.
Response code 400 in the ESRS response body: Device matches not found for input device with Serial Number ELMUSPxxxxxxxx and UNISPHERE.
Cause
SCG는 ESRS에 사용된 Unisphere 일련 번호를 인식하지 못합니다.
Resolution
SCG가 새 일련 번호를 Unisphere 인스턴스에 대한 올바른 일련 번호로 기록할 수 있도록 Unisphere에 대한 새 등록 일련 번호 ID를 강제 적용해야 합니다.

SMAS를 재시작합니다.

독립 실행형인 경우:
1. 이름 바꾸기:
