Cause

RecoverPoint uses a package called Common Security Toolkit (CST) to handle LDAP authentication. CST does not support Kerberos authentication at any version.

Resolution

Workaround:

Implement LDAP over SSL (LDAPS) for additional security.

The product is working as expected as Kerberos authentication is not supported.
