Symptoms
The USB-C mouse or keyboard intermittently cannot be detected when connecting an AC adapter without a grounding pin(2-pin power cable).
The issue does not happen when using a battery or connecting an AC adapter with a three 3-pin power cable.

Cause
USB low-speed signals are abnormal when an AC adapter has no grounding pin.
Resolution
Updating the Chipset Driver to version 2.1.0.13 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the driver, reference How to Download and Install Dell Drivers.
