The camera application shows an error message when taking a picture or clicking the photo button in the Windows 10 Operating System.

Affected Platforms:

- Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250
Cause
Some components in Intel-GFX-Info are getting skipped during driver installation.
Resolution
- Ignore your model type and go to the Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250 laptop Drivers & Downloads page.
- Download the Intel Arc Graphics Driver and Intel Graphics Command Center Application version 32.0.101.6651, A01 or later.
Note: To download and install the driver, refer to How to Download and Install Dell Drivers and Firmware.
- Tick the box next to Execute a clean installation and click Start to install the driver.
