Error Displayed During Upgrade, Endpoint Activations, and Logging into Dell Security Management Server After Upgrading to v9.9.2 or Later

The Dell Security Management Server introduced a requirement for Full-Text Indexing within the Dell Security Management Server v9.9.2 and later. Full Text Indexing is being used to hasten the database calls between the Dell Security Management Server and the configured SQL server.

The SQL Full-test Filter Daemon Launcher service not running on the target SQL server may be the cause of this issue.

Starting with v9.9.2, full text search is required to be installed and operational on the SQL server.
