Resolution

EMS-loggplatsen har flyttats i Dell Data Protection | Kryptering 8.3.0 från C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs till C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption. Men Windows-installationsprogrammet kan fortfarande ha den föregående platsen cachelagrad. Om mappen C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs tas bort manuellt MSIexec försöker reparera mappen när användaren högerklickar på en fil i Utforskaren.

Så här stoppar du MSIExec från att försöka reparera Dell Data Protection | Installera om krypteringen och återskapa mappen C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs.

Problemet är löst i Dell Data Protection | Kryptering v8.5.0 och senare.
