Symptoms
Microsoft Teams 中在單一設定中啟用麥克風和喇叭的「PC 麥克風和喇叭」設定無法使用。
與其他 Latitude 機型不同，Latitude 3420 和 Latitude 3520 不提供給 Microsoft Teams 中的「PC 麥克風和喇叭」組合選項。Latitude 3420 和 3520 僅在 Teams 音訊設定中顯示「自訂設定」選項，且需要手動設定音訊設定。
Cause
Intel 平台控制器集線器 (PCH) 可直接控制麥克風輸入，而 Realtek 音訊轉碼器則控制喇叭輸出。這些音訊裝置會個別顯示在裝置管理員中。（圖 1）

Resolution
當多個音訊裝置連接至系統時，請使用自訂的 Microsoft Teams 音訊裝置設定來選取應用程式中使用的喇叭和麥克風。（圖 2）
