İstemci symcli'den EEM sunucusu symcli'ye komut "A remote send or receive operation failed" hatasıyla başarısız oldu.

İstemci symcli'sinde oluşturulan symapi.log yoktur.

Sunucu sonu kontrol edildi ve storsrvd.log'da aşağıdaki giriş bulundu: 
<Info > [7791 Listener] Sep-23 11:29:50.196 : New client connection received
<Info > [7791 Conn-7] Sep-23 11:29:50.196 : Connection received from host !Local!
<Info > [7791 Conn-7] Sep-23 11:29:50.196 : Received control msg: Authorize [0] - rights: ffffffff, [PRIVUSER] 'root'
Yukarıdaki günlük, istemci bağlantısının başarıyla alındığını ancak komutların yukarıdaki hatayı vererek başarısız olmaya devam ettiğini gösterir.

İstemci symcli'den sunucu IP sine ping işlemi başarılı.

Cause

İstemciden sunucu symcli ile iletişim kurulamıyor.

Resolution

2707 numaralı bağlantı noktasının açık olduğundan emin olun. 2707 numaralı bağlantı noktası açıldığında komutlar başarıyla yürütülür.
