Symptoms
When NetWorker services are restarted, the Windows event logs will show errors multiple times for faulting application dpaagent_modnetworker.
It appears to happen as a result of running the NetWorker performance request while the NetWorker services are not running.This message is found in the dpaagent.log file:

This was identified as a bug in the DPA agent software.
Resolution
